As you walk through a "speakeasy" entrance, you are welcomed by a charming, authentic and lively atmosphere. The wine list will have you travel through France. The cocktail menu will expose you to a palette of french cordials and the attentioned staff will introduce you to all the daily specials. On Tuesday and Thursday you will be entertained by the owner with his gypsy jazz band "Manouche Bag".

Wife & husband, Alice Troïetto & Mattias Gustafsson both from France, opened fifteen years ago Madame Claude Cafe. They now moved a block away and opened Madame Claude Bis under the White Eagle Theater. It is still a typical Parisian Bistro serving specialties from all over France.
